With over 11 years of experience across various industries, I have had the chance to envision and deploy multiple data & AI augmented products - from recommendation algorithms to underwriting engines. I have led AI teams with one core idea in mind: how can data & AI empower businesses to truly take better decisions and effectively streamline operations.
I have also trained numerous team on leveraging the commercial AI tools the right way, driving quick and measurable adoption through tangible and relatable business cases.

First, AI isn't just a buzzword we should be slapping onto every part of the business to magically make them more efficient. It is simply a tool - it has much more applications than most (a bit like our can of WD-40 and our bag of tie-wraps) - but it is still a tool and should hence be used where it makes sense.
Second, I consider that a true "AI roadmap" is simply "a roadmap" revisited with opportunistic gains and transformation expected from leveraging these new tools. It is fully blended in the strategic roadmap everyone should be paying attention to. At the end of the day, we're not building an "Excel roadmap" despite way too many diverse processes running with it - why build an AI one?
